Each site we develop is different; site assessments play an important role in the development of a project. Onsite investigations are conducted by our specially trained, experienced engineering team, and provide the client with all the detailed site information in report format. This process can include preliminary grid connection studies, environmental impact, topographic, and geological assessments as well as wind resource and climatic studies.

Typically, a monitoring campaign is needed in order to determine the long-term wind resource at any given site. Campaigns are designed specifically for each site, based on the site layout and client's energy requirements. Seawind are able to provide and install all monitoring equipment and provide resource analysis reports based on data collected onsite.

Based on information obtained during these investigations, Seawind will make recommendations to the client whilst explaining all possible options at this stage.
